How to apply

Need advice?

If you prefer to receive advice on the type of mortgage products available, how much you can afford or whether you are eligible or meet our requirements for a mortgage, you can:

  • apply online with advice, or
  • call us and speak to an adviser.

We’ll guide you through the application process, carry out an assessment of your needs and circumstances and recommend the best Bank of Ireland UK mortgage product for you.

Know which mortgage you want?

If you’re sure that you want to choose your mortgage without receiving advice, you can apply for a mortgage online and complete the necessary forms in your own time and at your own pace. Please be aware that if you choose to apply online without advice we will not give you any recommendations, so you must be confident in choosing the mortgage which is right for you.
