    All services, including cheque processing, are working normally but if you should experience a delay please contact us.

    Credit Cards

    We are experiencing a large volume of calls into our contact centre and customers may be required to wait longer than usual. We apologise for any inconvenience.

    We are also aware that some customers are experiencing issues registering  for the mobile app and online service. For  help with the registration process, please go to the Registration section in our FAQs here.

  • Branch, cash machines and Telephone Services

    Branch

    We have temporarily reduced our branch opening hours

    Our opening hours are now 10am – 4pm, closing for lunch 12.30pm – 1.30pm, Monday to Friday.

    Please don’t visit your branch unless you need to carry out essential day-to-day banking services.

    You can do most of your everyday banking online by visiting 365 online or using our banking app.

    To ensure the safety of colleagues and customers, we may limit the number of customers entering the branch at any one time. Where possible, we ask you not to bring children with you, with the exception of infants in buggies.

    Once inside we’ll ask you to respect the social distancing measures we have in place. That means standing two metres away from colleagues and other members.

    If you have to queue outside, please ensure you keep each other safe by maintaining the two metre gap outside too.

    Please don’t visit us in branch if you or someone in your household has a new and continuous cough or a high temperature.

    Cash machine Network

    We would like to notify customers that the following Bank of Ireland cash machine will shortly be unavailable for use:

    15 January 2022 – Ballymoney – 12 High Street, BT53 6AG
    11 February 2022 – Carrickfergus – 29 High Street, BT38 7AN
