Award Winning Mortgage Service
Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries in the UK has been awarded a five-star rating in the 2022 Financial Adviser Service Awards for mortgage service.
The awards, which are in their 32nd year, highlight the very best in service provision to advisers and their clients from across the financial services industry, with only the companies delivering the highest standards of service receiving a five-star rating.
Speaking after the awards, George Higginson, Director of NI, Mortgages and Partnerships at Bank of Ireland said: “We pride ourselves on listening to our customers and ensuring we provide the best service possible, and we are delighted that as a result of the first-hand experience of financial advisors and intermediaries we have received a five-star rating at the awards this year.
“Throughout 2022 we have continued to evolve our Bespoke mortgage proposition, rolling out new products and services where we can add real value to mortgage intermediaries and their customers. We will continue to work closely with the broker community to build relationships and maintain our much valued five-star rating.”
