Brewing up a successful business with support from Bank of Ireland UK’s Enterprise Week

15 May 2017

Bank of Ireland UK gave ten start-up and small growth businesses the opportunity to trade at the award-winning Spring Picnic Twilight Market held at St. George’s Market, Belfast to help raise their profile and drive sales. The initiative is part of the bank’s latest Enterprise Week (12-19 May 2017) that gets underway this week and which  is focused on supporting growth businesses.

One local entrepreneur taking part was Mark Turbitt of Nine Degrees Nitro.

Mark, from Portadown who is a graphic designer by trade, developed his draft coffee business from scratch after creating the idea for a university project. Since its launch just 9 months ago, the young and ambitious brand has enjoyed impressive growth and is in discussions with a local company about becoming its distributor across Northern Ireland.
