If you’re worried about making your mortgage payments due to COVID-19 we can help you. The deadline for applying for your first payment break (deferral) was 31st March 2021. If your first payment break is coming to an end but you still need our help, you can apply to extend your payment break. You can defer your payments for a total of 6 months or until 31st July, whichever is sooner. Your payment break extension must follow immediately after your first payment break ends.

Payment break end form
We’ll write to you before the end of your payment break explaining what happens next. Once you receive your letter, use this form if you're worried you won't be able to restart your payments.

If your initial payment break is coming to an end but you still need our help, a further payment break (deferral) of up to 3 months could suit you. You can apply to extend your payment break for up to 3 months. Your payment break extension must follow immediately after your first payment break ends. All payments breaks must end by 31st July.
