Verify your identity

We’ll ask a few questions to confirm your identity. Once verified,
you’ll receive your User ID and set your 365
PIN.
Keep these details safe – you’ll need them the first
time you use the app or log in to 365 Online from a computer or tablet.

- Log in using your 365 online login information.

Phone banking
Don’t have a smartphone, tablet, or computer? No problem. You can use 365 phone to do many of the same things as you would via 365 mobile or 365 online, without visiting a branch or calling the call centre.
