Bank of Ireland Personal Customers that require assistance as a result of the adverse weather can call 0345 736 5555 for support. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, Saturday 9am -2pm.
Recognising the particular impact of the adverse weather in Newry, Bank of Ireland’s Newry branch will host a drop-in clinic for customers in the area impacted by the flooding on Tuesday 7 November from 10am – 4pm where branch and business advisors will be on hand to discuss the support available.
