Refund of your credit balance

We recently contacted you via letter to tell you that we’ve noticed you have an outstanding credit balance on your Business Credit Card. This is money that is owed to you and we want to refund it to you.

As the linked Bank of Ireland Current account is no longer open, we need you to tell us where to send your refund.

Once we have your details and have checked that it’s you, the refund will be credited to your nominated account within 6/8 weeks.

Please note that the account must be a pound sterling account

    Your account may have been held with Bank of Ireland (UK) or Post Office. Any information which you share with us will be used only for the purpose of progressing your application. If you share personal information with us, we will manage it in line with our privacy notice.

  • You can find this on the top right hand corner of letter we sent you. It begins with ‘BOIUK-SCR’ followed by a 4 character code. Please type this reference code in the field above.
  • The name as it appears on the UK bank account you’d like your payment to go into.
  • The 6-digit sort code of the UK bank account you’d like your payment to go into.
  • The 8-digit account number of the UK bank account you’d like your payment to go into.
  • Please provide your name in case we need to contact you.
