Update your Business Online details

It’s now quicker than ever to update your details

 

  • Make Changes to Your Administrator details

    You can now request the following changes online.

    • Change the administrator(s) on your Business On Line profile.
    • Change the primary administrator mobile number.

     

    • Step 1

      Complete our online form by clicking ‘Update your Administrator details’ below.

    • Step 2

      An email will be sent to the account holder(s) to check and approve the changes. This email will ask them to confirm their identity and how to provide an electronic signature.

    • Step 3

      Once approved by the account holder(s) any new administrator(s) will receive an email to provide further details.

      If there are no new administrator(s) step 3 does not apply.

    • Step 4

      We will send you an email when the changes have been made. Any new administrator(s) will need to call the BOL Helpdesk to activate their profile.

    Important Information

    • To complete the online form you need:
      • your Business On Line profile ID
      • contact details for any new administrator(s) and the account holder(s)
    • The account holder(s) must be named on the account mandate or the request will be rejected.
    • If the registered company information does not match what is on the account mandate the request will be rejected. If the request has been rejected we will contact the account holder by email to tell them why.
    • To make a change to the account mandate please contact your branch or relationship manager before starting this form.

     

    Update your Administrator details

  • Make Changes to Your Business Online profile
    • Step 1

      Logon to Business On Line as Administrator(s)

      If you can’t log on please contact the BOL helpdesk for support.

    • Step 2

      Click the ‘Update your Details’ option within the ‘Service Centre Menu’ once logged on.

    • Step 3

      Submit your request. You can make any of the below change(s):

      • Add or remove accounts on your Business On Line profile. The accounts will need to be in the name of your business. If you have a multi-company profile and need to add another company, please email businessonlineUK@boi.com for the correct form.
      • Add or remove Business Credit Cards on your Business On Line profile. Cards will need to be in the name of your business.
      • Change your Business On Line billing account.
      • Update your contact details. If you need to change your address you’ll need to make sure you have updated this for your business account.
      • Close your Business On Line Profile.

    • Step 4

      Our team will review your request and keep you updated by email.
