  • Get set up on 365 online and phone banking today

    Getting set up for 365 online and phone banking is now easier than ever before.

    Get set up in four simple steps:

    Step 1: If you are a sole trader and the only signatory on your account, there are no forms to complete. Once your account is open, call 0345 6006 552 and get set up in minutes.

    Step 2: Answer some simple questions relating to you and your account to verify your identity.

    Step 3: Set up your PIN. You will be told how to set up your own unique PIN and given your user ID.

    Step 4: You can then then log in to 365online.com or download our app and start banking online straight away!
