365 phone and digital banking is a simple, easy-to-use mobile, online and phone banking service for smaller businesses. It is for businesses who only need one person to access the account.

There are no subscription charges. It gives you the choice to bank in the way that suits your business. This can be done using our mobile app on your smartphone, 365 online on a web browser or using our dedicated phone banking service.

    Payment limits: A daily limit of £20,000 applies to 365 online payments. A lower limit may apply when paying a new payee. You can check the full details in our 365 online transfer limits.

  • Register for 365 phone and digital banking

    Before you begin, make sure you have your bank account number ready.
     

    1 – Verify your identity

    Call us on 03456 006 552.
    We’ll ask a few questions to confirm your identity. Once verified, you’ll receive your User ID and set your 365 PIN.

    Keep these details safe – you’ll need them the first time you use the app or log in to 365 Online from a computer or tablet.

    Account Types:

    • Sole trader accounts and accounts with one signatory: No extra forms needed.
    • Accounts with multiple signatories: If you want someone to manage your accounts online you will need to complete the Nominated User form. If you haven’t told us at account opening, you can download the Nominated User form and return it to your branch or relationship manager.
