Young Enterprise NI
Young Enterprise Northern Ireland reaches 90,000 young people each year with their range of enterprise education programmes. Young people get the opportunity to develop enterprise skills, hear from local business volunteers and become competent in the skills that employers want to see. This means communication, collaboration, decision making, problem solving and more.
Primary
Young Enterprise Primary Programmes introduce young people to business concepts from an early age. Each programme is tailored to its specific age group raising awareness, building understanding, giving students the chance to apply their skills and finally to model their competencies through starting their own business.
Bank of Ireland UK is delighted to partner with Young Enterprise NI to support the delivery of the following Primary Programmes:
Ourselves P1/2
Pupils meet storybook characters and explore the ‘world of work’, learning about the importance of saving, earning, decision making and teamwork.
Our Families P2/3
Pupils will learn about the basic living needs and wants that family members have. They realise the difficult decisions that families have to make in order to pay for them.
