Payment due to you

We recently wrote to you to tell you that we’ve undertaken a review which identified an issue in how we handled your account, between 1st August 2017 and 31st March 2025. We’re sorry and would like to make a payment to address this, as explained in your letter.

We require bank details to make the payment to the correct account, please provide those below.

Once we have your details and have checked that it’s you, it may take up to 10 working days for the money to reach your account.

We will contact you on the phone number you provided if we require any further information.

    This must be a UK bank account and needs to be in the same name as your Bank of Ireland UK account.
