If you are unsure whether you had a PPI policy with us, you can contact us using any of the methods on our Make a PPI complaint page to request that we make a check for you.
You should allow 40 business days for your PPI check to be completed. If your check comes back positive you may wish to make a complaint about its sale. You do not need to perform a PPI check in order to make a complaint to us.
You should ensure that you submit your PPI complaint to us before 29 August 2019.
