Bank of Ireland UK invites local businesses to 'Show Your Business' during its Enterprise Week

19 May 2016

Bank of Ireland UKs Enterprise Week is once again giving local businesses the opportunity to showcase their goods and services and boost their sales as branches across Northern Ireland open their doors to both customers and non-customers for Show Your Business.

The bi-annual initiative is taking place as part of the Bank’s commitment to small growth and start-up businesses in every sector across Northern Ireland.

One of those businesses taking part is Belfast Fairy Doors.

Michael Logan, Owner of Belfast Fairy Doors took part in last November’s Show Your Business event in a Bank of Ireland Pop-up marketplace in Belfast City Centre and sold nearly all of his existing stock at the event and secured further orders for 2016. Fast forward six months and Belfast Fairy Doors is now exporting to Australia, Canada and the USA and in negotiations to fulfil large contracts. With no everyday high street presence, Show Your Business has provided an innovative way to meet new customers and profile the business.

Pictured ahead of taking part in his week’s event is Mark O’Brien, Commercial Branch Manager of Belfast City Branch, Bank of Ireland UK with Michael Logan of Belfast Fairy Doors who will be showcasing his products at the Show Your Business in the Belfast City Branch, Bank of Ireland UK, this Friday from 10:00 – 14:30.
