BOI for Intermediaries launches new Solicitor Look-Up facility
Brokers across the UK are praising a new online system launched by Bank of Ireland UK to make mortgage sales easier and more efficient. The new ‘Solicitor Look-Up’ tool has been designed to ensure brokers can find a solicitor on the BoI UK Mortgages’ panel in seconds.
The innovative technology allows users to find a solicitor faster than ever before, searching by postcode in order to find relevant legal support – precise to a 15-mile radius. Available through the Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries website, many brokers have already hailed the system and celebrated how much time it saves them.
The system is updated on a daily basis and always displays the solicitors on the panel from the previous working day, ensuring that brokers have immediate access to accurate information. Speaking of the initial success of the system, Alison Pallett, Director of Sales at Bank of Ireland UK Mortgages said:
