These competition rules (the “Rules”) apply to the competition (the “Competition”).
- The Promoter is Bank of Ireland (UK) plc, 4th floor, 1 Donegall Square South, Belfast, BT1 5LR (the “Promoter”)
- The Competition is open between 4PM on the 11th December 2018 and 11PM on the 12th December 2018.
- Employees of the Bank of Ireland Group, their associated companies, advertising and marketing consultants, agents and anyone connected with the Competition and their families are not eligible to enter the Competition
- To enter the Competition, entrants must submit a photo of themselves taken in front of one of the Bank of Ireland UK branded stalls at the Twilight Market by following the link on Bank of Ireland UK’s Twitter page. All eligible entries must be submitted using the Twitter handle “@BankofIrelandUK”
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over to enter the Competition and entrants may only enter the competition once
- The Promoter cannot be held responsible for a breakdown in communication systems or networks that may result in an entry not being registered, accepted or processed.
- One winner will be chosen by a panel of judges including one judge who is independent of the promotion. The panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Members of the public may not attend the adjudication process
- The winner will get a Hamper (the “Prize”)
- The winner will be announced on Twitter by midday on 13th December 2018
- The winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize and provide delivery details by 5pm on the 13th December 2018 (via private message on Bank or Ireland UK’s Twitter page) or the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner (who must confirm acceptance and provide delivery details by 5pm on the same business day as notification via private message on Bank or Ireland UK’s Twitter page)
- The Prize will be delivered to the winner to the address provided by standard delivery. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the non-delivery of or damage to the Prize
- The Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative in whole or part
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these Rules
- The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so
- Entrants agree that their names, addresses and images may be disclosed to Bank of Ireland (UK) plc for the purposes of administering the Competition and in accordance with Bank of Ireland (UK) plc Data Privacy Notice (which can be found at /site-links/privacy/). Entrants agree that Bank of Ireland (UK) plc is free to reproduce, publish and use any images in its original format or altered in any way as the Bank of Ireland UK deems appropriate for the purposes of advertising and publicity
- By entering into this Competition, entrants accept that their personal data will be processed by the Promoter, the controller of their personal data for the purpose of the administration of this Competition and as set out in rule 15 above
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage whatsoever in relation to any matter arising out of the Competition or the enjoyment of the Prize
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inappropriate photos posted to the Bank of Ireland UK Twitter page in connection with this Competition
- The winner will work with the Promoter and will comply with any reasonable requests of the Promoter in respect of the arrangements necessary to enjoy the Prize
- Details of the winner will be available on the Bank of Ireland UK Twitter page from midday on the 13th December 2018 or by contacting the Promoter at Marketing Department, 1 Donegall Square South, Belfast BT1 5LR
- The Competition and these terms and competitions are governed by the law of Northern Ireland and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland
- Competition entrants shall be deemed to have accepted these Competition Rules
