  • Can I call you to speak to someone?

    We’re currently experiencing very high call volumes so please look at our website to see if we can answer your query.

  • As interest rates are rising can I fix into a new deal today?

    If you are interested in a new deal please check your hub to see whether you are eligible to switch and see the range of products available.

    You can apply on line or call us if you want advice on a mortgage for your home. If you are a landlord apply on line or you can call us to secure your product. We don’t give advice on buy to let mortgages.

  • I’m an existing customer and have recently secured a new deal. Will this be honoured?

    If you’ve recently taken out a new deal to secure another fixed term mortgage and have received your variation of mortgage Offer, then this is valid for 30 days. If you’d already returned your variation of mortgage Offer then your new deal is guaranteed.

  • I’m worried

    If your circumstances make it hard for you to keep up to date with mortgage payments, manage your mortgage or communicate with us, we want to help. You can message us through your mortgage hub or call us on 0345 300 8000* (then option 1).
