  • Are there new mortgage deals available?

    There are new deals available for our existing customers looking to switch to a new fixed rate product. We recommend you login or register for your hub to see what new deals are available. All our products are displayed on the hub.

    We don’t currently have any fixed rate further lending products available and are working hard to develop new products. Please check our website regularly for an update.

  • Can I call you to speak to someone?

    We’re currently experiencing very high call volumes so please look at our website to see if we can answer your query.

    We recommend you login or register for your hub to see what new deals are available. The same products are available on line as if you call.

  • As interest rates are rising can I fix into a new deal today?

    If you are interested in a new deal please check your hub to see whether you are eligible to switch and see the range of products available.

    You can apply on line or call us if you want advice on a mortgage for your home. If you are a landlord apply on line or you can call us to secure your product. We don’t give advice on buy to let mortgages.

  • I’m an existing customer and have recently secured a new deal. Will this be honoured?

    If you’ve recently taken out a new deal to secure another fixed term mortgage and have received your variation of mortgage Offer, then this is valid for 30 days. If you’d already returned your variation of mortgage Offer then your new deal is guaranteed.

  • I’m worried

    If your circumstances make it hard for you to keep up to date with mortgage payments, manage your mortgage or communicate with us, we want to help. You can message us through your mortgage hub or call us on 0345 300 8000* (then option 1).

*Calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Lines are open 9am– 5pm Monday to Friday. 03 calls cost no more than calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02). Calls from landlines and mobiles are included in free call packages.
