You should let us know if you want to change your marketing preferences or contact details. Keeping your account up to date means we can get in touch if we need to tell you anything about your mortgage or have products you may be interested in.

Name

Send us a completed change of name form with a certified copy of a document proving your name has changed. Details of how to certify a document are mentioned in the form. Don’t forget to ask the person certifying if they charge to do so. We recommend sending any documents by recorded delivery.

You can request a form to be posted to you. This can take up to five working days to be sent. Please allow extra time for Royal Mail delivery.
