The quickest way to request a redemption statement is by using Secure Link between 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday, in the Legal Marketing Services portal. Most of the time, the statement will be uploaded instantly. We’ll upload it manually if the statement is subject to certain exclusions. In these cases, we aim to process your request in three working days.

Reason for redemption*
If your client pays their mortgage by direct debit and there’s a payment due when paying off their mortgage, we may be unable to stop the direct debit from being taken. They’ll need to make sure they have sufficient funds in their bank account to pay the amount due and avoid any fees being charged by their bank. We’ll automatically arrange any refund ten days from receipt of the direct debit, so they don’t need to get in touch.*
