  • My ATM card has been retained in the ATM machine. Who do I contact?

    All captured cards are automatically destroyed and so you will not be able to retrieve your card. Please contact your card issuing Bank who will cancel your card and provide you with a new card.

  • I wish to report an out of service ATM. Who do I contact?

    Our ATMs are centrally monitored for service availability. Please be assured that the ATM downtime is being dealt with in the appropriate area within Bank of Ireland.

  • The ATM did not dispense any cash or there was a shortfall. Who do I contact?

    Please contact your card issuing Bank who is responsible for investigating this issue with us on your behalf. You will be asked to complete an indemnity form, once this has been completed and forwarded to us we have up to 20 days to investigate the transaction and arrange a refund if appropriate. Your own Bank will keep you informed of the progress of the investigation.
