Support for customers impacted by COVID-19

Customers should contact us if they need assistance but we have already put the following arrangements in place.


Stay safe at home – please don’t visit our branches unless you have to

The government’s advice around social distancing and the need to protect the most vulnerable in our society by asking them to stay at home means we have seen a reduction in the number of customers visiting our branches.

We have temporarily reduced our branch opening hours

Our opening hours are now 10am – 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Please don’t visit your branch unless you need to carry out essential day-to-day banking services.

You can do most of your everyday banking online by visiting 365 online or using our mobile app.

We’re following social distancing guidelines

To ensure the safety of colleagues and customers, we may limit the number of customers entering the branch at any one time. Where possible, we ask you not to bring children with you, with the exception of infants in buggies.

Once inside we’ll ask you to respect the social distancing measures we have in place. That means standing two metres away from colleagues and other members.

If you have to queue outside, please ensure you keep each other safe by maintaining the two metre gap outside too.

Please don’t visit us in branch if you or someone in your household has a new and continuous cough or a high temperature.
