Loans payment break

  • ** We are prioritising customers who are in immediate need of assistance. If you do not need your Payment Break to start within the next month, please apply nearer the time. If you are currently in arrears you should not complete the below form and should instead call us to discuss you options. Processing may take up to 7 days.
  • Your loan agreement number can be found on any previous correspondence we have sent you regarding your loan and will begin with the numbers 000729*
  • (the date your next Direct debit is due to be taken)

  • Notes:
    • A payment break will not impact your credit file
    • The payment break is for a 3 month period
    • Once your request has been reviewed you will receive an email confirming your request has been processed. If we need to contact you for any reason regarding your request we will contact you on the phone number provided in this form
    • Processing may take up to 7 days
    • By taking this three month break from your Personal Loan repayments you are agreeing to vary your credit agreement with us so that you are not required to make the monthly payment for the next three calendar months and, instead, the duration of your agreement will be extended by three months. These skipped payments will then become payable on the due date during those additional three months. There will be no impact on your credit file.
    • At the end of the period your direct debit payments will recommence
